Here is your new working Supervisor opportunity:
Lead a production and packaging team. Assign daily work scheduling, training, answering any questions related to work, assisting in solving problems, and scheduling maintenance of equipment and work area.

• Provides orientation and on-the-job training for all Team Members and ensures that the duties, authority, and responsibility for each position are defined and understood.
• Work with regulatory on maintaining food regulations.
• Team Lead is a working member of the production team.
• Leads production activities concerning production volume
• Ability to meet production schedules and shipping dates.
• Assures that machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly. maintained for efficient production and to the required standards.
• Keeps up on records of departmental activities.
• Maintain Cleanliness of room per schedule.
• Maintain documents sharing them with Food Innovations.
• Record lot # and amount of ingredients in each load on menu and time card- reporting to Inventory Control.
• Unload ingredients when received using a forklift.
• Informs supervisor of any shortages, equipment failures, staffing deficiencies, bill of material concerns, or regulatory concerns.
• Follows and trains new hires to SSOP per regulatory requirements.
• Maintains appropriate communications within area of responsibility.
• Keeps Production Room EEs informed regarding Department Plans and progress.
• Fosters Safe Quality Foods (SQF) as a lifestyle vs an event mentality
