Position Summary
Central Rent-A-Crane, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Associate with solid general office skills to process rental contracts and provide other clerical and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits package.
Essential Functions
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with submitting certificate of insurance to customers and 3rd party portals
  • Prepare, review, file and organize all company contracts, including contracts relating to the rental of equipment to customers and/or provision of services
  • Receive and review customer purchase orders or other forms of contracts
  • Act as liaison between company and customers
  • Coordinate and review contracts as required in conjunction with management and corporate legal department
  • Ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenue
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of contracts; maintain computer database for the contract management system
  • Various administrative tasks and office support activities such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry
  • Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Must have solid general office skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be detail oriented and capable of growing in responsibilities
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to operate office equipment and technology
