Job Summary

The Contracts Manager reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The Contracts Manager is responsible for working / collaborating with Government and B2B Contracting Officers and ARM Executive Team in support of the company’s on-going and future contracts. Responsibilities will span a variety of disciplines including internal counsel on a wide variety of best practices, procurement strategies, laws, and regulations including FAR/DFARS to ensure as alignment with contract terms and conditions; will advise senior management on government contract requirements and procedures and ensure compliance with Government reporting requirements.
