Position: Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful completion of assigned projects, handling both office and field responsibilities. Your duties include:
- Assisting the Sales Team
- Scheduling and attending pre-planning sessions with the General Contractor
- Coordinating projects, including scheduling, maintaining job site records, managing change orders, and conducting daily and weekly meetings
- Monitoring job progress and controlling costs
- Resolving technical and contractual issues
- Supporting crews with materials, scheduling, and cost information
- Traveling occasionally and working out of town as needed
- Truck Allowance & gas card
