We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or related field is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent client services
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer needs
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and tracking
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus
- Familiarity with sales techniques is beneficial
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency is a bonus.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
