The Learning Spectrum is Hiring a Director of Clinical Services Near Columbus, OH
The Director of Clinical Services has the pivotal role of overseeing and directing the therapeutic services within The Learning Spectrum. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to students, while also providing leadership and guidance to the team of therapists and support staff. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to ABA, Speech, and OT therapists.
Ensure adherence to best practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in therapy delivery.
Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports to ensure effectiveness and alignment with client goals.
Prioritize and coordinate intake of clients based on need and availability of resources.
Oversee documentation processes for current clients and waitlist clients, including intake paperwork and insurance information.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in relevant field
5 years' experience in a school or clinic environment with children with learning and behavioral challenges; 3 years of which were in a leadership position.
Experience with medical billing and compliance.
Commitment to and experience with students from diverse background and unique academic and behavioral needs.
