The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the oldest national civil engineering society in America, is currently seeking a conference coordinator to provide pre, during, and post conference logistics and support, including registration and vendor management, and oversight of department information systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Building registration systems in Personify
• Maintaining and updating various databases and websites
• Generating and proofing letters, name badges, receipts, invoices & certificates
• Staffing the onsite registration desk
• Compiling post conference reports and evaluations
• Providing customer service and support to conference attendees

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
• 2-3 years' experience providing logistics and planning support to meetings and events
• The willingness and desire to travel frequently
• Excellent accounting, budget, writing, proofreading, and research skills
• A thorough command of MS Office
• Association and/or volunteer experience a plus
• Experience working with Personify, Ektron and Eloqua a plus
