SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to assure good quality of chemicals used for the manufacturing of PCBs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze plating baths to assure good quality of plating.
- Analyze other chemicals used in the process.
- Direct in making additions to baths or dumping of old baths.
- Maintenance of the waste treatment.
- Evaluation of coupon from our working panels, in-process or finish product.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to department supervisor and Director of Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standing for long periods of time is required.
Exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals.
