Position Overview:As a Field Technician with American Standard Home Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service and support for our products, focusing on Senior Walk-in tubs or Acrylic/Solid Surface showers. This role involves servicing, inspecting, transporting materials, and performing repairs encompassing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work.
Responsibilities:

• Fully service Senior Walk-in tubs or Acrylic/Solid Surface showers
• Inspect and transport materials to customer homes for repairs
• Conduct demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work
• Deliver 5-star customer service, document work performed, and handle invoicing transactions

Typical Work Orders Include:

• Repair or replace electrical tub components
• Walk-in Tub door repairs and shower door replacement/repairs
• Shower component replacements (shower heads, grab bars, etc.)
• Re-caulking, drain leaks, small motor repairs
• Ability to conduct electrical work for jetted walk-in tubs

Partnership Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for the craft
• Ability to handle paperwork and documentation efficiently
• Experience in servicing Senior Walk-in tubs or Acrylic/Solid Surface showers is advantageous
