The Goals and Challenges of this Role:

• Implement, simplify, maintain, and improve the quality management system and procedures in accordance with the applicable standards, procedures, and customer specifications, especially the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• Liaison with ISO Auditor including customer auditors, scheduling, participating, and following up on actions as related to audit results.
• Collect and perform data analysis as required for annual management review of AT&F's QMS, including follow up on action items.
• Provide technical support for the production team as it applies to AT&F's Quality Management System
• Collecting and analyzing data to drive process improvements.
• Work with Program Managers and production to determine and implement critical-to-process inspection points throughout processing.
• Overseeing calibration system for all AT&F gauges.
• Overseeing corrective action program.
• Overseeing NCR/DMR program.
• Lead Auditor duties.
• Perform Internal audits of the QMS as required by the ISO standard include Issuing nonconformance reports and providing details for disposition of nonconformances.
• Handling corrective action requests including determination of root cause, implementation of corrective actions, and performance of follow-up activities
• Review performance of audits to quality management system requirements for identification of deficiencies and improvements
• Collect and organize data for Management review meeting. Present data to upper management team during the meeting.
• Process receiving inspections and validate material test reports to required specifications.
• Train new quality team members on the requirements of AT&F's quality management system
• Overseeing the vendor management program.
• Other duties assigned as the business needs change.

What You Should Bring to this Role:

• 3-5 years manufacturing, quality (especially ISO 9001:2015), or process improvement experience
• Prefer BS degree in areas related to manufacturing, industrial engineering, and engineering technology
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change throughout the organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Detail oriented, fast paced, and self-directed
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
• Hands-on involvement in operations
• Strong communication skills
