As an Installation Specialist atAmerican Technology, you will be responsible for expertly installing, terminating, and testing data connectivity systems, as well as deploying advanced artificial intelligence security cameras. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless implementation of technology solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs, delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct installations of fiber optic systems, including single-mode and multi-mode configurations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Install protective inner-ducts for enhanced durability and visibility of fiber optic infrastructure, ensuring resilience against environmental factors.
• Perform termination services for copper cables, guaranteeing precision and reliability in network performance.
• Deploy copper data connectivity solutions, including Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a installations, customized to meet client requirements.
• Utilize industry-approved techniques for termination of copper cables, ensuring secure connections and optimal data transmission.
• Install and configure advanced artificial intelligence security cameras, providing accurate surveillance capabilities for clients' security needs.
• Conduct thorough testing of installed systems to verify performance and compliance with standards, troubleshooting any issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to continuously improve installation techniques and service offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fiber optic installation, termination, and testing, with knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in installing copper data connectivity solutions, including Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a cables.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technology and security camera systems is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications and training in networking technologies are desirable.
