- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine layout and framing specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal framing components according to project requirements
- Install structural elements such as walls, floors, and roof systems with precision and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes at all times
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a framer in residential or commercial construction
- Proficiency in framing techniques, including layout, cutting, and assembly
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
