The Director of Admissions and Operations for Youth Services will be an integral part of the Youth Services team. This person will be responsible for admissions and the overall function of the program. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of operations for Youth Program
• Works closely with Vice President of Clinical Services and Licensed Clinical Supervisor in the establishment of residential and community-based goals and objectives, budgets, Colleague and resource utilization and comprehensive community outreach
• Responsible for admissions and reaching out to various DCF teams regarding admissions
• Establishes a tracking system for Quality Improvement and Operations to ensure compliance with Early Education and Care Licensing Standards and regulations pertinent to referral agencies
• Assist Licensed Clinical Supervisor, Master’s Level Clinicians in the development and monitoring of Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, Behavior Management Planning, and any specialized treatment planning and provision
• Must be able to oversee charts to monitor all resident’s treatment planning, interventions and progress/clinical updates
• Provide training for all relevant Colleagues
• Understand and offer input on the clinically based, rehabilitation option billable treatment plans, monthly progress reports and quarterly progress summations in adherence to specific timelines and quality standards
• Act as Supervisor ON-Call on a rotating basis, providing 24-hour crisis intervention and support to Colleagues
• Establish and maintain relationships with DCF and EEC
• Responsible for providing training and supervision to Colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience and familiarity working with multiple agencies including Department of Children and Families (DCF), and Department of Early Education and Care (EEC)
• Experience with licensing requirements and a passion for working directly with Youth
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, contingent upon Resident’s needs, which may include evenings, weekends, early AM shifts and Holidays
• MAP Certified
• A valid driver’s license, the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage or company vehicle, and a satisfactory CORI and EEC background check are required
