The Payroll team is growing! We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to process bi-weekly payrolls, garnishments, expense reimbursements, and off-cycle payrolls in UKG-Pro. In addition to a great personality, the ideal person will be detail-oriented, efficient, and a self-starter.

• Responsible for processing payrolls timely and accurately for various companies in multiple states
• Review payroll data, including timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Balance all earnings and deductions prior to finalizing the payroll
• Provide superior customer service to employees regarding payroll inquires and issue resolution in a timely manner
• Respond to and manage wage garnishments
• Generate post-payroll reports for Accounting team
• Performs all other assigned duties

• UKG-Pro experience
• 3-5 years of full cycle payroll processing experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup)
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and operate efficiently under continuous change
• Communicates well both verbally and in writing with team members of all levels across the organization
• Maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive situations
• Problem solve and make sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
