Description for Staff Accountant:
- Match vendor invoices and receiving documents for Inventory transactions and goods/services.
- Enter, code, & reconcile all credit card charges for multiple cardholders. Ensure the CC balance is paid monthly as scheduled.
- Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key statistical and financial data, including Sales Revenue, Taxes, AR/AP Aging, Purchase Orders, Inventory, Headcount, timecards, and similar areas.
- Assist in master data setups, such as materials/part numbers (Inventory), vendors (AP), Employees (HR) and customers (AR), as assigned to ensure segregation of duties in the business processes.
Details for Staff Accountant :
- $23-$25HR
- Monday- Friday
- 8AM -5PM

Requirements for Staff Accountant :
- Some background restrictions may apply
- Ability to pass drug test
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- MUST have BS/BA Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred) or similar Accounting System / ERP.
