We're looking for a talented Billing Specialist to join our growing team. Americaneagle.com was recently named by Built in Chicago as one of the best places to work and to Inc.com's list of 5000 fastest-growing private companies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to handle all time and material engagement billings to ensure timely delivery of reports and invoices
• Work with the Account Managers to ensure all month end overages are billed on time
• Review and efficiently track contract terms and documentation (Investment, Budget, Dates)
• Audit and reconcile all billings, modifications, overages, billing issues, supporting documentation, email approvals, invoice cancellations and related items

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience working as a Financial Analyst or similar title
• Experience working in a technology company is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
• Must be a self-starter, problem solver, results driven, analytical, organized and detail oriented
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
