We are looking for a Force Operations SME with at least 10 years of experience to join our team at Camp Smith, Hawaii in support of JADC2.

Week in the life of a Force Operations SME:

• Provide subject matter expertise and assist in developing strategic and technical plans
• Assist with conducting technical analyses and assessments in support of JADC2 efforts. 
• Work with the program managers to develop strategic and technical plans to promote the JADC2 mission within the guidelines and time frame requested by the program manager.
• Provide technical support for the program in the areas of defining test objectives and procedures, theoretical calculation and analysis related to performer progress, modeling objectives and techniques, and coordination of modeling and testing.
• Support the PM, Office Director (OD), Deputy Director (DD), and Assistant Deputy PM (ADPM) in briefing, report and preparation of communications documents. 

• BS in technical or business discipline
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Expertise in at least two or more of the following:
  • Joint Force design
  • Development and application
  • Operational constraints
  • Concepts of operation
  • Concepts of employment
  • Development and execution of CMMD operational plans
  • Threat tactics and responses, or
  • Logistics approaches.
