As a Senior Acquisition Analyst you will:

 A week in the life of a Senior Acquisition Analyst:

• Conduct assigned acquisition analyses identifying viable courses of action.
• Assess cost, schedule and performance risk associated with courses of action.
• Identifying a recommended course of action with compelling rationale
• Perform and summarize cost, schedule and performance analyses, demonstrating and applying expertise in the DoD requirements generation and approval process, as well as the PPBE budgeting/resourcing process.
• Develop analytic products, contributing to the Division-wide effort that highlights the critical linkage between acquisition, resourcing and requirements.
• Designs and prepares technical reports, studies and related documents. 
  Plans and prepares technical briefings. Research new technologies that align with the mission and goals of the military organization.

• Education: Master's Degree
• Years of experience: 20 years task related experience
• Must be familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) systems acquisition process, covering all phases of acquisitions to include Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS); the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. 
• Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI clearance

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary/hourly range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
