We are looking for a Site Lead with 15 years of experience in a supervisory capacity to join our team in Hawaii to provide professional and technical support to Assault Breaker II.

As a Site Lead, you will:

• Support Contractor and/or DoD civilians in a warfare specialty

Week in the Life of a Site Lead:

• Plan and conduct research studies combining operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques to assess military effectiveness and engineering viability. 
• Utilize advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in technological programs to thrust areas delineated in the PWS. 
• Support program transition efforts
• manage the staff's performance
• Ensure the smooth delivery of daily operations
• guide the successful task completion by maximizing the staff's productivity within the specified timeframe and goals
• Coordinate employee schedules
• Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees.

• BS in any discipline with management training courses
• Minimum 15 years in:
  • Active-duty military service
  • Conceiving, planning and conducting research studies combining operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques to assess military effectiveness and engineering viability. 
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
