Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with clients in the field.

Commission Structure:

• Earn 40% of the contract's paid amount.
• Receive 10% on contract renewals.
• Commissions are paid on an 'as earned' basis, every Friday following application processing in the home office.
• For annual payments, commissions are based on the total annual amount; for monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual payments, commissions are based on the respective payment received.
• Continuous payments will be commissioned the Friday after processing.

Incentives and Bonuses:

• Membership in the 100k Club: Achieve $100,000 in contracts on the books to increase your commission to 50% on new business and 15% on renewals.
• Qualify for our annual company trip.
• Gain the ability to manage Americare agents and earn commissions on the contracts they write.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sell Americare contracts through direct client engagement.
• Conduct seminars at local senior centers and 55 communities to generate leads.
• Set up and attend appointments with potential clients to present and sell Americare contracts.

Additional Information:

• Leads are not provided; agents are responsible for generating their own leads through seminars and community outreach.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
