Ideal candidates will have some experience in healthcare recruiting, particularly with CNAs and caregivers, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, from job description creation to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and maintain job postings, defining clear job criteria and responsibilities.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Engage potential hires through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Expand your recruitment network by participating in job fairs and networking events.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to refine strategies and processes.
- Establish and ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- 3-4 years of HR experience.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and applicant screening.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
