Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Technician III
Summary/Scope of Role: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting with and the completion of directed tasks from the Maintenance Manager. This may include but is not limited to trouble shooting automated machine tool equipment such as lasers, punches, brakes, CNC routers, water jet and other automated equipment. The facilities and utilities side of maintenance may be included, light plumbing/electrical/HVAC activities, compressed air and bulk gases, order/pick-up of parts, and other duties as assigned under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking direction from the Maintenance Manager for assigned daily and weekly job tasks
- Performing shop and machine maintenance per the direction and directive of the Maintenance Manager, to include preventive and corrective maintenance, plumbing/electrical
- Trouble shooting and repair of automated machinery
- Trouble shooting and repair of HVAC
- Order/pick-up of parts at the directive of the Maintenance Manager
- Trouble-shooting machine/building issues
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
- 10 /- years applicable experience
- Trouble shooting of automated machinery
- Ability to analyze schematics, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic
- Understand 480V, 3ph circuits
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC principles
- Working knowledge of electrical controls, pneumatics, motor controls, hydraulics
- Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for repair or replacement parts on equipment
- Machine metals, plastics, and composites
- Weld various types of metals
Other Key Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to push/pull 50 pounds repeatedly
- Must comply with and meet all pre-employment requisites, including but not limited to criminal background check prior to start date, and pre-employment and random drug testing in accordance with Company policy for the duration of employment
