We specialize in a range of services including HVAC/Duct Cleaning, Mold Inspection/Testing/Remediation, Flood Damage Mitigation, and Carpet & Upholstery cleaning for Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and Institutional clients. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and maintaining efficient office processes.
Duties:
- Manage office operations including team and vendor management
- Handle clerical tasks and front desk duties
- Assist with human resources functions
- Operate phone systems and handle inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized filing systems for documentation
- Coordinate calendar management for appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles
