Primary Responsibilities
Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Trauma Clean-Up, HVAC, Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Fire Damage Restoration
Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadlines and expectations
Identify the source of the problem and determine the extent of damages
Place equipment on job-sites and monitor them
Maintain communication regarding time-tables, work progression, and unexpected situations
Utilize ServiceMonster and Encircle, our software programsto track schedule and job details.
Ensure equipment is cleaned and operating properly
Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Maintain a safe work environment by identifying safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Position Requirements
Effective written and oral communication
Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Basic math skills
Experience in cleaning / restoration / water mitigation / construction preferred
High school diploma/GED
Ability to:
Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Travel locally and out of state when necessary
Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
