**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, and housekeeping management. **Duties:** - Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to company standards - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures - Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control - Handle customer inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services - Coordinate with other departments to meet overall facility cleanliness goals **Requirements:** - Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness - Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
