Position Summary
The Sales Manager will exemplify strong worldwide aviation sales skills and analyze all aspects of a growing sales organization dedicated to expanding across all emerging product and service offerings. They will be responsible for new customer acquisition and driving continuous growth and improvement across a portfolio of customers. They will be instrumental in the development of an Exchange Pool option.

Education / Experience
5 years of proven experience in an aviation sales role. At least 2 years of hands-on management experience in a sales environment. Experiencing in selling Aircraft systems required. Freight/logistics experience required. Consistent track record of success vision setting, coaching, development, and driving execution to deliver business outcomes. A solution and customer focused approach with the ability to grow positive relationships. Consistent record of success building a book of business through outbound prospecting. Experience working closely and communicating optimally with internal and external team members including operations, marketing, and customer success teams. Hard-working and motivational leadership mentality established through leading by example for staff, peers and senior leaders across all company functions.
