Amerilab Technologies is a growing and leading US manufacturer in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of effervescent tablets, and effervescent and non-effervescent powders in stick packs and sachets, and we are currently seeking skilled and experienced Material Handler to join our team.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near manufacturing/warehouse area by performing the following responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Read work order or follow oral instructions for raw goods materials to be picked and staged accurately and safely.
• Operating handling equipment according to Amerilab safety regulations.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Count and record number of units of materials moved or handled on bulk work order/pick tickets.
• Attache identifying tags or labels to materials.
• Stack or assemble materials onto GMP accepted pallets.
• Practice FIFO along with daily down stocking to ensure product rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education / Experience / Certifications:

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in warehouse / production environment.
• Certified / experienced fork-lift driver a plus (stand-up / sit down / all other equipment as needed).

Skills Required:

• Computer skills (able to follow instructions and operate task using an ERP System)
• Efficiency in Staging / Shipping / Receiving paperwork.
• Self-Starter Attitude
• Efficiency in picking materials / counts / returns
• Communication both verbal and written.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
