Hotel General Manager

No two days will be the same, but you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including front desk, guest services, and housekeeping
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
• Monitor and manage budgets to achieve financial goals
• Conduct night audits and resolve any issues that arise
• Handle human resources duties such as payroll and employee relations

To be successful, you should have the following skills:

• Proficient in front desk operations and hotel management
• Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
• Strong budgeting skills to manage expenses effectively
• Knowledge of human resources practices within the hospitality industry
• Ability to perform night audit functions accurately
• Exceptional guest services skills to enhance customer experience
• Effective leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for catering to diverse guests
