  • General accounting knowledge on A/R.
  • Monitor invoice balances and escalate payment collection to servicers on invoices 30 to 45 days overdue.
  • Invoice denials that firm is in disagreement with.
  • Invoice adjustments that firm is in disagreement with.
  • Bill Block by keeping invoices from being submitted/resubmitted.
  • Help with getting new loan numbers in the case of a Service Transfer.
  • Enter any invoicing/escalation Servicer contact updates.
  • Check confirmed invoices that have not received payment in a timely manner.
  • Some knowledge of word, excel, and bank reconciliations a plus.
  • QuickBooks experience a plus.

Summary
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be a vital part of our finance team, responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records. With core skills in accounting and accounts receivable, you will play a key role in maintaining financial stability. Your premium skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel will be essential in streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Additionally, your relevant skills in data entry and customer service will contribute to providing excellent support to our clients and internal teams. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
