POSITION SUMMARY:
Call Center Representativeperform all relative call center functions of handling incoming and outgoing calls, deal with account inquires, customer complaints, and assists or redirects the customer as necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accepting customer calls and responding accurately and satisfactorily to their questions and concerns.
- Managing and resolving all customer complaints.
- Providing customers with the appropriate solutions.
- Ascertaining that critical issues are escalated to the supervisor or management.
- Conducting necessary research to resolve problematic queries.
- De-escalating conflict between dissatisfied customers by providing patient assistance and support.
- Managing a large volume of calls in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assisting in training new employees and familiarizing them with the company’s customer service policies.
- Attending training sessions to improve one’s knowledge and performance continuously.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
- High school diploma and or previous experience in the Property Management, and Data Entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
