Title: Financial Manager (Job Id- 2543097)

Duration: 12 Months Strong Possibility of Extension

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90024

Shift: Monday thru Friday, 8-5

The technical title for this job is Manager of Finance however, the manager wants to be clear, this person will be expected to roll up their sleeves and work with the team. Please see my notes below as well as the job description attached and let me know if you have any questions.

Required Experience –

• Master’s degree in a health care or business-related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of health care experience in an academic medical center, hospital system, or health care company.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budget, forecast, and long-range plans.
• Expertise with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Tableau.
• Experience with Health business systems including EMPAC, Ascend eInvoice, and EPSi and business systems including Express, BruinBuy, and the Recharge System is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritizing, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to function at a high level of efficiency with effectiveness and attention to detail.
• Experienced in performing while frequently interrupted or distracted by conflicting demands.
• Required to work some evenings and weekends
