OVERVIEW:

Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in United States providing a wide range of Energy related products and services to its customers, seeks a Program Coordinator .

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• This will be an Onsite/Hybrid role.
• Location: 4 Irving Pl New York, NY 10003
• DURATION: 6 months assignment with potential of extension.
• Shift Hours: 09:00 am – 05:00 pm (Eastern Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contractor will provide operational program support for the companies Smart Charge Commercial program.
• Charging data will be provided by the participants on a monthly basis to receive quarterly incentive payments.
• Ensure sufficient data is provided for payment which includes but is not limited to,
• Session and Interval Unique Identification numbers
• Session and/or interval Start and Stop date/time in DD:HH:MM:SS.
• Energy Demand in kWh during session and/or interval duration
• The Peak demand in kW during session and/or interval duration
• The site's time zone
• Charger Outage or uptime.
• Review data and complete incentive calculation checks using program guide.
• Complete payment process check.
• Report on any relevant findings.
• Review and confirm eligibility for SCC program offerings.
• Complete a programmatic check per application.
• Save and upload appropriate documents relevant to each application.
• Update and progress applications in Salesforce as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Must have over 5 years of program coordinator experience within energy or utilities domain.
• Data analysis & Invoice/ payment preparation background is required.
• Must have strong background in assisting and coordinating any discovery meetings for potential participants.
• Candidate must have experience in reviewing applications for completion; verifying necessary documents are uploaded and meet program requirements .
