Position: VoIP Engineer (Job Id – 2604886)

Location: Los Angeles CA 90024 (90% REMOTE)

Duration: 11 Months Possible Extension

• As a key member of IT Network Voice, you will help ensure our VoIP operations runs with service reliability, performance, efficiency, and security.
• You will be responsible for supporting day to day operations for Voice infrastructure.
• You will also be a part of after hours on-call rotation to support any incidents related to IT network that includes routing, switching, wireless etc.
• You should be able to manage operations/projects work with minimum supervision.

In addition, you will:

• Three to Five years of acute care hospital experience
• Experience with VoIP apps on cellular device
• Vocera Vina experience strongly preferred
• Configure/troubleshoot IP Phone related components.
• Configure VoIP for new clinics.
• Engage on VoIP related projects.
• Troubleshoot voice gateway.
• Ability to listen/understand requirements from the hospital and deliver a solution.
• Preferred: Ability to configure/troubleshoot Cisco contact center components.
