Who We're Looking ForWe are currently looking to hire a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves pets and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients, surgical assisting experience and knowledge of equipment used, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning, experience with proper animal handling and restraint, understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and motivating team member.

- Registered Veterinary Technician
- 2 years of veterinary experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
- Passion for working with animals and their owners
- Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
- Obtaining accurate and thorough medical histories
- TPR
- Assisting doctor and other technical staff with restraint
- Blood draws (cephalic, saphenous, and jugular)
- Placing IV catheters
- Digital radiology including positioning.
- Dentistry (digital x-rays, scaling, polishing)
- Anesthesia (induction, intubation, monitoring, aseptic technique)
- Laboratory skills such as ear and fecal cytology; HM5; Vetscan; Sedivue
- Excellent client communication/education
