We currently have an exciting new opportunity for full-time/part-time Porters in your area.

This person will assist with proper upkeep of building interior and exteriors, parking lots, and other areas. This service is essential to assist our customers in fostering an appealing and attractive environment. This work is physically demanding and labor intensive. Work is primarily performed during the dayshift but may require some evening or weekend work on occasion. We are searching for a team-player who will be energetic and innovative in this position. Our company is a leader within the industry and provides exceptional cleaning services to our customers. Our growth has been phenomenal due to the hard work and dedication of our staff. Responsibilities:

Meticulous cleaning/sanitizing of building interiors; assist in upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and other areas (as needed).

Remove trash from areas daily.
Ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.

Requirements:

Must have a valid and current driver’s license.

Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
Must be able to demonstrate ability to perform tasks described above without seeking outside assistance.
Must be able to demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team environment.
Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the company, including those set out in the Employee Handbook, or otherwise communicated.

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
