Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a PRNCertified Occupational Therapist Assistant(COTA)for weekend shifts. The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant is responsible for assisting the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs and administering the occupational therapy treatment program as directed by the Occupational Therapist and as ordered by a Physician. PRN COTA must cover one weekend shift per month.
