AMG Specialty Hospital- Lafayette is seeking PRN Licensed PracticalNurses (LPN) for Night Shifts to provide direct andindirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and generalaspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; providescare that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professionalexpectations, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Maintainregulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies,procedures and standards. Communicate with physicians and teammembers about changes in patient's clinical condition, including results ofdiagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately tochanges in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able toperform general nursing duties in all departments with adequatesupervision.

Job Requirements

• Current Louisiana LPN Licensure in good standing
• Acute Care, Med-Surg, Critical Care or ICU experience preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills
