What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will lead US Oncology demand forecasting with the focus on solid tumors/hematology. This role will report to the Director, Commercial Forecasting - Oncology within the Global Commercial Data & Analytics organization.
Independently craft, prepare, and maintain patient and demand-based forecasts and scenarios for US Oncology assets: XGEVA & Nplate, aligned to the needs of cross functional collaborators
Independently contribute to regular forecast cycles including multiple cycles of annual long-range forecast, and short-term forecast
Partner with the cross-functional team CD&A team to use forecasts to understand business performance and to respond to ad-hoc forecast requests
Perform in-depth data analysis to build robust assumptions and forecast inputs
Lead collaboration with internal cross functional partners to obtain relevant data and analysis for forecast inputs
Confidently present and defend forecast approach, methodology, assumptions, and outputs in brand team discussions

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of marketing analytics / Forecasting in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with advanced spreadsheets and automated data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, etc.)
Experience in database languages (e.g. SQL)
Ability to think strategically to support key business decisions
Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment across different functional groups
Demonstrated analytical skills—understands the strengths and limitations of different analytical approaches and their findings
Skill in handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks and projects simultaneously

The annual salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $100,914-$132,668.
