Bookkeeping:
1.Maintaining financial records, including purchases, receipts, and payments;
2.Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process in QB;
3.Processing accounts payable and receivable (Ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time);
4.Make payment request and arrange payment for the bills like cost of water, electricity, cleaning and moving fee, etc;
5.Prepare monthly financial and inventory reports;
6.Handling payroll in timely manner.
Freight quotes:
1.Assist with freight quotes and carriers management.
Managing inventory:
1.Checking material input and output daily base to make sure the stock Qty;
2.Counting whole stock Qty quarterly base to maintain exact inventory amount;
3.Updating QB Qty as soon as shipment is delivered.
4.Physical counting for the containers.
Purchasing :
1.Purchasing office daily suppliers, consumable tools, etc.
HR (Human Resource):
1.Interview and hiring;
2.Training for new employees;
3.Preparing employee contract and tax form;
4.Monitoring employee attendance;
5.Office labor discipline and behavior criterion daily management.
Office and warehouse 6S management:
1.Maintaining good office and warehouse condition and arranging necessary repairs;
2.Maintaining contracts of service maintenance and price negotiations;
3.Safety management on OSHA.
Other tasks assigned by division manager
