Job Summary

Be responsible for general warehouse management which includes but not limited to inventory control, shipping ,receiving, logistics management, office management, etc.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Warehouse management:

1. Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping & receiving;

2. Ensure that the markings, quantity and description of goods delivered & received and received conform to the specifications on the invoices;

3. Manage inventory effectively according to material in-and-out procedure;

4. Supervise to count finished products stock monthly;

5. Supervise to count materials, tools and equipment stock quarterly;

6. Manage satellite warehouse stock Qty and checking discrepancy monthly;

7. Supervise warehouse attendants to perform general housekeeping of the warehouse;

8. Ensure safe working conditions inside the warehouse.

Logistics management:

1. Handle and manage freight and shipping contract & agreement with vendors including price negotiation, contract signing and performance review;

2. Continue searching FTL/LTL/flatbed carriers with competitive price and good service;

3. Supervise and review freight invoices & statement for payment process;

4. Supervise the freight claims;

5. Supervise the office admin for invoice & sales order check and make sure the goods are shipped in timely manner.

Manage office admin.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
