Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing all types of auto glass and auto glass components . This is a hands-on role that requires dedication, attention to detail and dependability! This job includes all tools required and a work van, with all gas paid!
Duties:
Install auto glass windshields, door glasses, sunroof, back glass and anything that relates to auto glass! 99% of cars we work on are 2021 or newer so no messing with rust issues!
- Perform adas calibration
-Repair rock chips
- handle all types of vehicles from small cars to large box trucks. Equipment is provided to assist in the install
-Must be able to handle a work load of average of 5 windshields a day, sometimes could be up to 8
- Must be respectful, kind, hard working, dependable
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an auto glass installer,
- Strong knowledge of automobiles and general understanding of how to use tools
- Proficient in reading and understanding written instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team
