Amherst H. Wilder Foundation is Hiring a Rehabilitative and Peers Services Clinical Manager Near Paul, MN

Salary: $98,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
This is a full time position.
Duties To develop, oversee, strengthen and direct the following service lines that are part of Wilder Foundation’s offerings as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC), within Community Mental Health and Wellness (CMHW): Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), Children’s Therapeutic Services and Support (CTSS), and Certified Peer Specialist roles, including Peer Specialists, Peer Recovery Specialists, and Family Peer Specialists.

Job QualificationsFully licensed for minimum 5 years and providing direct care responsibilities.
Requires 3 years clinical experience in a senior level supervisor or management role.
Previous experience managing teams with at least 5 clinical staff.
Prefer LICSW, but LPCC, LMFT, and LP will be considered as well.
Board-approved or certified to provide clinical supervision towards licensure when necessary.
Experience working with diversity and trauma-informed care.
Experience providing mental health assessments to child and adult clients.
Experience providing crisis/triage services.
Must be in good standing with board of licensure, including no current limitations to work.
Experience working with diversity and providing trauma-informed care.
Ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing work conditions and staff needs.
Provide a warm, calm, supportive environment to teach, guide, and mentor staff who are new to the field.
Willingness to use data to inform quality and enhance improvement projects.
