Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the team!
Job Overview :
This position involves converting inbound calls into new policy growth and driving results through relationship building.
Responsibilities :
Obtaining a state insurance license and fulfilling ongoing education requirements to keep the license active are mandatory and extensive training will be offered.
Salary and Work Schedule :
A starting annual salary of $43,790 ($21.05 / hr). Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $57,704 annually ($27.74 / hr).
Our call center is open from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM Monday through Friday, and until 6 : 00 PM on weekends. The weekday work hours will be 11 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM and includes a few holidays annually .
This position is scheduled for 40 hours a week with the following options :
The training schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST.
Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.
Total Rewards :
While able to use prior to accrual, vacation time will accrue monthly.
