- Knowledge and understanding of veterinary care.

- Efficiently manage incoming calls with a compassionate approach.

- Seamlessly check patients in and out, ensuring a smooth experience.

- Maintain and update client records with accuracy.

- Process payments and handle high call volumes proficiently.

- Perform various clerical duties to support the veterinary team.

**Ideal Candidate:**

- Possesses at least 1 year of experience in the veterinary field (preferred).

- Has knowledge of Cornerstone software (a strong advantage).

- Exhibits a friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for animals.

- Demonstrates excellent work ethic, reliability, and team collaboration skills.

- Maintains superb telephone etiquette and customer-facing skills.
