Job Functions:

• Will meet and talk with each new hire for the first 30 days of their employment
• Must be able to communicate with hourly team members on the line
• Will follow-up afterwards 30 days as needed
• Must be able to use an I-pad and Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel
• Ability to understand the job functions of production and the many positions in production
