Our client is a boutique construction consultancy offering construction planning, advice and client project management services across Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Mixed-use, Retail and Hotel sectors. They are now seeking a Project Manager / Contracts Administrator to join their professional team in their Sydney office.
A high degree of client and stakeholder liaison will be involved, from feasibility stage to delivery stage of the project. Leadership, communication and people management skillset will be paramount along with a strong base of technical knowledge and ability to administer a contract.
Candidates can come from a consultancy or head contractor background and ideally have experience in commercial or high rise projects or similar prior.
You will be taking projects from front end advisory through the 360 process of delivering the job. You will be coming on from the beginning of the journey.
