Overview:
Join the vibrant team at Amigos Cannabis as we open our newest cannabis dispensary in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to fill the role of Full-Time Manager. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to provide exceptional customer service, ensure compliance with state regulations, and drive sales in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. (Industry experience is a MUST). Must be 21 or older to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dispensary, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, as well as state regulations.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster teamwork.

Managerial Responsibilities (Differ from Regular Budtender Duties):

• Supervise and delegate tasks to staff members, including budtenders and support staff.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Handle disciplinary actions, as needed, in accordance with company policies.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and oversee purchasing and inventory management processes.

Experience:

• Previous managerial experience in a retail environment
• Previous experience in the cannabis industry is REQUIRED. Provide prior employer(s).
• Strong understanding of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Familiarity with state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
