**Job Overview:** We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary arts, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in kitchen and team management. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Manage inventory levels and control food costs - Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Collaborate with the dietary department to create nutritious and appealing menus - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen - Develop new recipes and menu items to meet customer preferences **Experience:** - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role - Strong background in kitchen management, inventory control, and food preparation - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience in bartending is a plus If you are a creative individual with a passion for culinary excellence and possess the skills to lead a dynamic team, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
