Job Description:

Amitabha Medical Clinic and Healing Center in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a dedicated and experienced medical provider with a background in integrative medicine to join Dr. Isaac Eliaz in supporting new and existing patients. Founded by renowned integrative medicine pioneer, Dr. Eliaz, the clinic is internationally recognized for its innovative and holistic approaches to cancer and chronic condition treatments.

Position Overview:

As a medical provider at Amitabha Medical Clinic, you will play a vital role in supporting Dr. Eliaz by conducting new patient appointments, which include comprehensive intake and assessments, diet & nutrition consultations, supplement protocols, and physical exams. Your responsibilities will also include ordering and interpreting lab tests, conducting follow-up appointments, supervising in-person treatments and procedures at the clinic, and working in collaboration with Dr. Eliaz to provide continuity of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient consultations, including diet, nutrition, supplement guidance, and prescriptions as appropriate.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Perform follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise in-person treatments and procedures, ensuring patient safety and efficacy, while supporting the staff in Santa Rosa.
• Collaborate with Dr. Eliaz and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment protocols.
• Participate in hybrid training environments, with some training conducted in person and others remotely via Zoom.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid license in the state of California with licensure as a Medical Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, or Nurse Practitioner.
• Available to work in Santa Rosa, CA at the clinic on an ongoing basis and/or during specific times.
• A strong understanding and experience of practicing integrative medicine; oncology experience is a plus.
