Coordinates the billing aspects of the rental payments and housing assistance services to ensure seamless payments to property owners providing housing to the individuals served.Full-TimeExemptSalary Range: $70k - $80kLos Angeles, CA. 90007What You Will Do:
  • Plan, organize, manage, and coordinate the programmatic, administrative, and operational activities in support of assigned and multiple program areas  
  • Manage, and supervise the work of assigned staff/team members 
  • Implement assigned programs’ objectives and performance standards  
  • Promote, coordinate, and participate in collaborative activities, programs, and projects 
  • Function as a proactive and positive member of the Re Entry Intensive Case Management Team.
  • Oversee and coordinate the allocation of designated resources, administer the record-keeping and reporting functions, and ensure compliance with the stated mission, goals, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Evaluate program activities in terms of overall effectiveness and compliance; implement improvements and modifications as necessary; and adjust overall goals and objectives in response to program directives and/or student needs. 
  • Coordinate, and participate in collaborative activities, programs, and projects to maximize available resources and responsiveness to clients; provide necessary and requested resources; act faculty member/leader for assigned projects/opportunities. 
  • Implement, and manage clinical, administrative, and operational systems and processes to maximize the effectiveness and responsiveness of the Re-Entry Intensive Case Management (RICMS); act as a professional and managerial resource to program faculty, project teams, and clients in a positive and supportive manner.  
  • Collaborate with other work units, agencies, and County partners to secure advice, resources, and technical services necessary to achieve RICMS goals, objectives, and directives in accordance with mutually agreed-upon time frames and in compliance with pertinent guidelines and regulations. 
  • Oversee and administer contracts for service/care providers in the implementation of assigned Student services/program areas; review and evaluate the quality of service and contract compliance; respond to inquiries and trouble-shoot complaints; and represent the Amity Foundation and the Re-Entry Intensive Case Management program to contractors, vendors, other agencies and the community.  
  • Perform related duties as required. 
What You Will Bring:Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program. OR
  • An Associate degree in a social service-related field and at least three (3) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program. 
Preferred:
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in planning, policy design, and spreadsheet analysis is highly desirable.
  • Strong detail orientation.
Certifications or Licenses:
  • Required: None
  • Preferred: None.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and cohesiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Demonstrated self-starter.
  • Experience with CHAMP databases.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the California philanthropic landscape.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the specific needs and benefits of supporting individuals and families returning home from incarceration; and individuals suffering from homelessness, addiction, and other traumas.
